1. Who is responsible for Cute Print?
Cute Print is developed and operated by Natali Ihnatsenka, publishing under the name Cuterello. In this Privacy Policy, “Cuterello,” “we,” and “us” refer to Natali Ihnatsenka.
2. Information stored by the app
Cute Print stores the information you create in the app, including projects, sheets, the pictures you add, text, groups, saved papers, sizes, styles and stamps, the names of printers you have used and their calibration, settings, dates, and identifiers used by the app. To let you go back, the app also keeps earlier versions of your projects for up to 30 days.
This information is stored on your iPhone. When iCloud Backup is available, the app also stores a recovery copy in iCloud: your projects and pictures, saved papers, sizes, styles and stamps, and printer calibration. This backup is stored privately for your Apple Account, and Cuterello cannot access it.
3. Information Cuterello does not collect
Cute Print does not send your pictures, projects, or text to Cuterello or to a Cuterello server. When iCloud Backup is on, Cute Print stores a recovery copy in iCloud. Apple handles that data under its own privacy terms. The app does not include:
- advertising or advertising identifiers;
- behavioral analytics or third-party analytics services;
- cross-app or cross-site tracking;
- an app account or sign-in system;
- access to your location, contacts, microphone, or health data.
4. Photos, camera, and files
You choose the pictures to add. Cute Print uses the photo picker built into iOS, so it receives only the pictures you select and has no access to the rest of your photo library. Pictures you add are copied into the app so your projects keep working.
If you scan a document, Cute Print asks for camera permission and uses the camera only while you scan. If you choose Save Image when exporting, iOS asks for permission to add the image to your photo library. Removing the background of a photo to make a sticker happens on your iPhone.
When you share pictures to Cute Print from another app, they are kept on your iPhone until Cute Print adds them to a project.
5. Printing
Cute Print prints through the print system built into iOS. The pages you print are sent to the printer you choose. To keep sizes exact, Cute Print remembers the printers you have used and your calibration for each of them on your iPhone. This information is not sent to Cuterello.
7. iCloud Backup
iCloud Backup is on by default when iCloud Drive is available. After you change your projects, Cute Print may automatically create a private backup in iCloud when you leave the app. It doesn’t sync or merge changes between devices. Restoring only happens when you choose it and replaces the projects on that iPhone.
Cute Print keeps up to five iCloud backups. They count toward your iCloud storage. Turning off iCloud Backup stops new backups but keeps existing ones. You can delete them in the app. Cuterello cannot access them.
8. Manual backups and exports
Manual Backup creates a file containing your projects and their pictures, saved papers, sizes, styles and stamps, and printer calibration. You choose where to save or share it. The app does not automatically upload these files to Cuterello or iCloud. Backup files contain your pictures, so keep them private.
Export creates PDF or image files of your sheets. Files you share are handled by the recipient or storage service under its own privacy practices.
9. Diagnostics
Cute Print may record diagnostic messages on your iPhone to help identify errors. The app does not automatically send these logs to Cuterello. If you contact support, you choose what information to share with us.
10. Support messages
If you contact support, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, message, and any attachments. We use it to answer your request, troubleshoot the issue, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary support records.
We keep support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
11. This website
The Cuterello website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare may process information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Cuterello does not add advertising or behavioral analytics cookies to this site.
Cloudflare explains its practices in its Privacy Policy.
12. Deleting and retaining app data
You can delete individual projects in the app. Delete All Projects removes all projects with their sheets and pictures. Your groups, settings, printer calibration, saved papers, sizes, styles and stamps, and Premium status remain until you change them or remove the app. Apple retains purchase records under its own policies.
Delete All Projects does not delete backup or exported files you previously saved outside Cute Print. You can delete those files from the location where you chose to store them.
Using Delete All Projects or removing the app does not delete existing iCloud backups. Delete them separately in Cute Print or through Apple’s iCloud settings. Cuterello cannot access or remotely delete your local data or private iCloud backups.
13. Children’s privacy
Cute Print is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children for the purpose of collecting personal information. We do not knowingly collect children’s pictures or projects through the app. If a child contacts support, a parent or guardian may ask us to delete that correspondence.
14. Security
Cute Print uses built-in iOS protections for data stored on your iPhone. Backups stored in your iCloud are protected by Apple’s iCloud security measures.
15. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information we hold about you, including support correspondence. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cute Print data is stored on your iPhone and, when available, in your private iCloud backups. Cuterello cannot access it. You can manage local data and iCloud backups in the app or through Apple’s system settings.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Cute Print, the website, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way where required.
